This weekend, Sony TV’s ‘Indian Idol – Season 13’ presents ‘The Dream Debut’ of the Top 15 contestants!

Lucknow: Sony Entertainment Television that recently launched its flagship singing reality show ‘Indian Idol – Season 13,’ presented some superlative singing talent to the viewers through the audition and theatre rounds! Making the ‘mausam musicana,’ the prestigious singing reality show saw contestants from all over the country impress the judges – Himesh Reshammiya, Neha Kakkar and Vishal Dadlani who after a lot of contemplation and deliberation found the Top 15 contestants in – Rishi Singh from Ayodhya, Chirag Kotwal from Jammu & Kashmir, Shagun Pathak from Ranchi, Vineet Singh from Lucknow, Navdeep Wadali and Rupam Bharnarhia from Amritsar, Shivam Singh from Baroda, Kavya Limaye from Gujarat, Bidipta Chakraborty, Anushka Patra, Senjuti Das, Sanchari Sengupta, Sonakshi Kar, Debosmita Roy and Pritam Roy from Kolkata.
A grand affair of sorts, the never-seen-before visual spectacle that starts from 1st October at 8:00 PM will see the Top 15 contestants perform at par with international levels! Not only this adding the much-needed charm and entertainment quotient to ‘The Dream Debut’ will be the who’s who of the entertainment industry! From respected singers like Ismail Darbar, Anand Ji, Neeraj Sridhar, Sapna Mukherjee, Javed Ali, Armaan Malik, Jatin Pandit to ace actors like Aruna Irani, Mandakini, Rashmika Mandanna to veteran director Subhash Ghai and director of ‘Goodbye’ Vikas Bahl, the weekend episodes are definitely going to me a ‘Must-Watch!’

I am ecstatic to say the least! When I participated in the on-ground auditions, I never imagined getting selected for the Mumbai auditions and when I did perform in front of the judges, I never imagined reaching the theatre round and when I did perform in the theatre round, I never imagined being selected in the Top 15! The journey has only been upward! I have been practising very hard for ‘The Dream Debut’ and I can proudly say that this is the best debut for me. Performing in front of our esteemed judges and so many notable singers and celebrities from the industry felt unreal! I was most exciting performing in front of singing legends like Ismail Darbai Ji, Javed Ali ji and Jatin Pandit ji. The best moment was when Ismail Darbar ji specially came to support me and played the violin during my performance making the moment extra special. Indian Idol has been the biggest singing reality show ever and there is no doubt about that. I feel very lucky and blessed to have reached this far and debut in front of eminent personalities. Today, being present in my hometown Lucknow, I would only urge the viewers to shower immense love and support toward me and tune in to witness ‘The Dream Debut’ this weekend!

‘The Dream Debut’ in literal sense was a dream come true for me! Performing in front of such notable personalities from the entertainment industry felt like I have already debuted in the Bollywood industry. I had been waiting for this day from a long time and I am so glad it’s finally happened! Each one of us have practiced day in and day out to ensure we stand out and impress one and all. The best moment for me was when I performed ‘Ab jo mile hai’ in front of Aruna Irani Ji. She is an evergreen beauty and, the best moment for me was when she came on stage and performed with me. I will always cherish that moment. To all the viewers of Lucknow, this is my first visit in the city, and I would like to say that the people and the vibe of the city was ethereal. I would love to visit again. I am looking forward to my journey in Indian Idol.

Indian Idol is the biggest singing-reality show and performing for ‘The Dream Debut’ in its 13th season is a lifetime experience. Performing in front of such legends is every singer’s dream. The best moment for me was when Vikas Bahl sir mentioned that he wants me to sing for him. For me, this stage is not just a national but an international platform. Opera singing is my strength, and I am sure through the platform of Indian idol, I will bring about a revolution. I am glad that the judges are enjoying my singing. I am really looking forward to this journey. I visited Lucknow and performing here in front of such warm people made for a memorable experience for me.

‘The Dream Debut’ will forever be the most memorable experience for me! Seeing the grandness around me was overwhelming. I worked very hard to have reached this far and make my near and dear ones proud. I performed ‘Kaise hua’ in front of respected singer Armaan Malik, the song’s original singer. The best moment was when he performed the song with me on stage. I always wanted to perform with him and getting this chance so early was magical. It felt as if all my dreams were coming true. I never thought I would make it to the Top 15 but now that I am here, I will hone my skills further under the mentorship of the judges and make everyone proud. I visited Lucknow with some of my co-contestants and the city felt very familiar because of the love that people showered on us.
