Lucknow: On the occasion of International Yoga Day organized by Uttarakhand Mahaparishad, a three-day yoga camp is being organized from 19th June to 21st June 2021 at Pt. Govind Ballabh Pant Hill Cultural Park, Gomti banks, Lucknow from 06 to 07 am. In which yoga instructor Brij Mohan Singh Negi is giving training of high quality yoga in these three days.
The Yoga camp was started in which the officers and members of Uttarakhand Mahaparishad were present. The Convener of Uttarakhand Mahaparishad Diwan Singh Adhikari said that Yoga is an ancient tradition. It helps in making the whole body of the practicing person healthy and relaxed.
In the camp, Bharat Singh Bisht, General Secretary of the Mahaparishad said that physical fitness, physical health, nutrition, mental ability helps in improving artistic ability.
After learning yoga training from Swami Ramdev Baba, Yoga Guru Brij Mohan Singh Negi first introduced the types of yoga asana, Pranayama, subtle Pranayama, Makarasana, Dhanurasana, Sarpaasana, Salab Asana, all three types of Markatasana, Foot Lifting Asana, Bhastrika Pranayama, Kapalbharti, Vahai Pranams, Agnisara, Sukshuk Pranayama, Anulom Vilom, Bhramari Pranayama, Udgeet Pranayama etc. were performed, and then various types of yoga were performed including Mandukasana, Sasak Asana, Bajra Asana, Susukta Asana, Humor Asana.
The President of Uttarakhand Mahaparishad, Harish Chand Pant said in today’s time, the lifestyle of people is such that it is difficult for them to find time for themselves, that is why it is necessary that they should keep their physical and mental health better.
