Tighten process of public grievance redressal – Keshav Prasad Maurya

Kaushambi: The Deputy Chief Minister of the state,  Keshav Prasad Maurya, took a detailed review of the development works and peace and law and order with the officials in Udayan auditorium, district Kaushambi.

During a detailed review of the under-construction projects in the district, the Deputy Chief Minister told all the concerned officers that all the projects which are blocked due to lack of funds should work on getting funds from the government and their reports should also be made available to them.

Along with this, he directed all the officers to solve the problems faced in the construction work of the under-construction projects and get them completed quickly. He said that the roads whose foundation stone has been laid and are blocked due to paucity of funds, the details of all those roads should be made available to them.

While reviewing the status of operation of health services in Trauma Center Sirathu, he directed the Chief Medical Officer to send a detailed report of the problems being faced by the government hospitals including manpower in smooth operation and make them available as well.
The Deputy Chief Minister directed to provide a proposal for the construction of a large meeting hall and one more floor in the Sayara Guest House.

While reviewing the progress of construction of ROBs and bridges in the district, he directed to complete the construction works expeditiously by getting speedy redressal of problems including land etc. He also directed to complete the construction work of Mahila Ghat bridge expeditiously. During the review of the destitute cows, he said that the cattle roaming freely should be captured and preserved in the gaushalas, so that the farmers do not complain about the damage to their crops.

Along with this, he directed to free the illegal encroachments on the pasture land by running a campaign, so that sufficient quantity of green fodder can be ensured for the cows in the gaushalas.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that there are immense possibilities in the players of the district, every effort should be made to provide them all possible facilities in the game and according to the need, proposals should be made and sent to the government and the players should be encouraged. He directed to identify the land for opening of Sainik School in the district. Receiving information about the trades conducted in ITIs in the district, he said that under the skill development mission, necessary action should be ensured as per the present needs and for conducting training trades. During the review of the medical college under construction, he said that Kadipur Gram Sabha should be developed as Adarsh ​​Gram Sabha and strict action should be taken against illegal occupations in Kadipur Gram Sabha.

The Deputy Chief Minister directed to take effective action to ensure that criminal activities do not take place in the district. He directed to take effective action against overloaded vehicles and illegal mining by forming a joint team of Mining, ARTO and Police. Along with this, he directed to take effective action against the land mafia and drug mafia so that no other person can dare to do such work.

He said that there should be no illegal encroachment on government land. During the review of the health department, he directed to send a proposal to the government to remove the necessary shortcomings including shortage of doctors, etc. He directed to complete all the work on time to provide quality mid-day meal and to pay the honorarium of the cooks on time.

Deputy Chief Minister directed all the departmental officers to ensure the change in their respective departments. While receiving detailed information from the District Panchayat Raj Officer about the status of Panchayat buildings and deployment of Panchayat assistants and timely payment to self-help groups running community toilets, he said that timely payment to the self-help groups should be ensured.

While directing the District Supply Officer to make ration cards of all the eligible persons by setting up camps, he said that no eligible person should be left out. During the review of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Chief Minister Awas Yojana, he said that the eligible persons who have been left out should be identified and benefitted. During the review of National Rural Livelihood Mission, he directed to ensure the process of payment of MGNREGA workers through BC Sakhis and to appoint cent percent women mates.

He said that in the districts where good work is being done by the women of self-help groups, study of those districts should also be implemented in Kaushambi district so that the women of the group can earn more income. During the review of Jal Jeevan Mission, he said that the roads dug during the laying of the pipeline should be ensured, so that the villagers do not have to face problems in traffic. He said that Jal Jeevan Mission is an ambitious plan of Hon’ble Prime Minister and Hon’ble Chief Minister. It was informed in the meeting that all the gram sabhas of the district have been covered under Jal Jeevan Mission.

Deputy Chief Minister told all the officers that the problems of the complainants coming to the office should be heard seriously andEvery effort should be made to solve their problems. He said that it should be ensured that no complaint of corruption is received in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban. He told the Executive Engineer Electricity that complaints of over billing should not come and the power supply should be ensured by the government for the prescribed period. Along with this, he also instructed to replace the faulty transformers in time. He directed the Executive Engineer Irrigation to reach the water till the tail so that the farmers do not face any problem for irrigation of the crop. In view of the drought situation in the district, he directed to distribute free seeds provided by the government to all the farmers. He directed all the officers to stay at their place of posting. He instructed all the officers to study and send the demand related to their department to the government.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that district Kaushambi is a historical place from the point of view of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Muslim religion, there is immense potential for tourism and tourism will get a boost due to the construction of Ram Van Gaman Marg. He directed to prepare a detailed action plan for the development of Ma Sheetla Mata Dham, Kada and provide proposals. During the review of PM Svanidhi Yojana, he directed to identify street vending zones and benefit more beneficiaries. He told the Chief Medical Officer that progress should be made in the work of making cards of all eligible persons under the Ayushman Bharat scheme and special attention should be paid to ensure that the beneficiaries should not face any problem in their treatment. He directed to conduct a survey in view of the floods in the Ganga and Yamuna rivers in the district, assess the damage caused to crops and give compensation and provide housing to those whose houses have collapsed. He directed to remove the illegal encroachment on Chakrod by running a campaign. He said that no case should be pending under the Chief Minister’s Farmer Accident Insurance Scheme. He also directed to make available proposals for setting up small food processing industries in the district. During the review of Amrit Sarovar, he said that 02 Amrit Sarovar would be built in each Gram Sabha. He said that the intention of the government is to develop, provide employment to the youth, empower women and all-round development of all sections of the society. He said that the government is taking action to provide 40 new buses for Manjhanpur bus depots soon.

The Deputy Chief Minister also distributed cheques to the women of Self Help Groups, citations to BC and Vidyut Sakhis and symbolic keys to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
