Lucknow: A One day online orientation training was organized in the month of July for all the newly elected village heads in the first phase after Panchayat elections through Panchayati Raj Department, Uttar Pradesh.
In the second phase, in the month of September, all newly elected village heads are proposed to be organized at the development block level in the presence of MLAs.
A 03 to 04 member team of master trainers will be formed for all the districts from the directorate level, whose responsibility will be to conduct the training of the allotted district.
Director Panchayati Raj Kinjal Singh said these things in the training program organized.
She said that for the Panchayat training to be completed in a stipulated time period and in a quality manner, it is necessary that the training sessions should be conducted properly, for which the master trainers at the directorate level will be assessed for efficiency between 03 days from 26 to 28 August, 2021. to be done. The assessment process was started with the blessings of Raj Kumar, Additional Director, Panchayati Raj.
During the program, a brief introduction was given on participatory training, principles of adult learning, qualities of a trainer, etc. through presentation by Praveena Choudhary, Joint Director, PRIT.
The Director said that the work of assessment process was started in the presence of Divisional Deputy Director (Pt.), Lucknow, Kanpur, Devipatan, Azamgarh, Basti, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Saharanpur.
A total of 161 master trainers from different districts participated in the process in which NIRD. Certified Instructor from SIRD and B.M.G.F. training was included. During the process a 10-minute presentation was made by the master trainers on a topic selected by themselves. During the training, marks were given by assessing 04 points on communication skills, non-verbal communication, use of simple language and adherence to time. On the basis of marks obtained, master trainers will be selected and they will be given the responsibility of district wise training.
