Two day seminar to discuss legal intricacies of Income Tax and GST
Lucknow: Income Tax Bar Association (ITBA) Lucknow and All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (AIFTP) Mumbai organized a two-day tax conference at Hotel Hilton Garden Inn, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The conference was inaugurated by Hon’ble Justice Supreme Court Rajesh Bindal along with Hon’ble Chief Justice Allahabad High Court P. Diwakar, Hon’ble Justice Allahabad High Court Ramesh Sinha, Hon’ble Justice Allahabad High Court D. K Upadhyay, Honorable Justice Allahabad High Court Irshad Ali, Honorable Justice Allahabad High Court Piyush Agarwal, National President of AIFTP Pankaj Ghia, President of ITBA RP Tiwari, Conference Chairman KK Dixit, Country Tax professionals from different cities, members of trade associations and renowned subject experts of the country were present.
Six technical sessions have been organized in this two-day seminar, in which all the legal intricacies/discrepancies of Income Tax and GST will be discussed by the subject matter expert and a report will also be sent to the government so that the problems faced by the traders and tax payers can be solved. can be resolved
The event was appreciated by the Chief Guest Justice Rajesh Bindal and it was also said that such events should be organized from time to time so that legal problems can be solved so that the taxpayers of the country do not have to face problems.
