Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi Adityanath) held a review meeting with Team-9 at his official residence after seeing increasing cases of viral fever along with Dengue, Chikungunya in Uttar Pradesh. Minister Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh and senior officials of the Health Department were also present in the meeting along with Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak.
During this, CM Yogi conducted a statewide review of dengue and other communicable diseases. Along with this, he also gave necessary guidelines to Team-9 for its prevention. CM Yogi instructed in the meeting that dedicated hospitals should be set up in every district to prevent dengue. Better surveillance is necessary for the prevention of dengue, for this, door-to-door screening should be done.
He told Team-9 that your government is ready and alert to save all people from dengue. Along with activating at least one dedicated dengue hospital in each district, we will have to arrange beds for each person and proper medical examination and proper treatment. Not only this, by improving surveillance, door-to-door screening should also be done.
The Chief Minister said that it should also be kept in mind that every patient coming to the hospital gets a bed, he should be duly medically examined. Also improve the facility of dengue testing and platelets testing. Along with dengue in Uttar Pradesh, the outbreak of chikungunya and viral fever has increased a lot these days.
The maximum number of dengue cases are in the capital Lucknow, while Sangamnagari Prayagraj is on the second number. CM Yogi Adityanath has come into mission mode after its doubling of cases in three days.
