Prayagraj: Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Keshav Prasad Maurya held a public hearing at Amar Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad Circuit House of Prayagraj and listened to the problems of the people coming from Prayagraj and other areas and gave necessary directions to the concerned officers to solve the problems at a speedy pace.
After participating in the Gurudakshina program organized at Jwala Devi Saraswati Vidya Mandir in Prayagraj, Maurya also planted saplings in the school premises and appealed to the people to plant more and more trees for environmental protection and promotion and make the trees protected and safe.
He also attended the inaugural session of Shankh Samrat and Kajari Dangal Competition at Lord Nag Vasuki Temple at Taraganj in Prayagraj. His presence and speech gave all present new energy and new enthusiasm adding that the events like Dangal competition should be made a regular feature. He said it is commendable that this tradition continues until this date. Due to this, while there is a positive competition to keep the body healthy, an atmosphere of mutual harmony is promoted.
