U.P. Governor extends hearty greetings on occasion of Navratri

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel has extended hearty greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Navratri, the ritual festival of Ma Bhagwati and the birthday of Lord Ram.

The Governor has said in his congratulatory message that the birthday of Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram on the Navami of the rituals of Shakti Adhishthatri Devi gives a new inspiration to all of us.

The Governor said that Maa Bhagwati is the primary power of this world. At the same time, the entire life of Lord Shri Ram gives a new inspiration to everyone to follow high ideals and dignity. The worship of nine girls on the day of Ram Navami reflects India’s sense of eternal faith and respect towards mother power.
