The CM said, in 6 years, our government made efforts at every level to implement the action plan for the overall development of U.P. with the inspiration of the Prime Minister. The result is in front of everyone. In order to enhance the identity of UP as a state with limitless possibilities, we identified 10 sectors, on which the entire team worked.

The CM said that out of six years, work was done while fighting against Corona. UP achieved many achievements during this period. The UP which was said that it cannot develop, today it is in the race for number one in all the flagship schemes of the PM. The infrastructure of UP is being discussed all over the country. There is transparency in the jobs of the youth. In the private sector too, efforts are on to create a lot of jobs and employment opportunities.

U.P. is providing an annual pension of Rs 12 thousand to more than one crore destitute women, women getting old age pension, Divyangjan. This is the same U.P., where all the parents used to worry about how to get their daughter married, how to educate her. Today 14 lakh daughters were benefited from the Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana. Marriages of 2.25 lakh daughters took place under the Chief Minister’s Mass Marriage Scheme. Still continuous work is going on. Women self-help groups are working as a new model. Every malnourished family was linked to the nutrition scheme of the Women and Child Development Department. Their plants are being set up at every block level.

The youth can easily move ahead in jobs and economic independence. The work done in MSMEs for self-employment is visible. Vishwakarma Shram Samman is giving a new identity to the handicraftsmen. He said we could make two crore youth technically competent. U.P. is the first state in the country, where we have benefited 20 lakh youths from this. Today there is no district of UP, where the youth have not got government jobs.

He said that an amount of 3.5 lakh crore has been deposited in the account of food providers through DBT to bring prosperity in their lives. If the matter of loan waiver is added to this, then this number reaches above 4 lakh crores. This shows the priority of the government, where caste, creed and religion are not there, but the villages are the poor, young farmers and women.

The CM said that efforts were made for police reform. Seven police commissionerates have been formed in UP. Fire tenders were established at every tehsil level in UP. To further the infrastructure facilities of the police. Good barracks have been built in every police station and police line or will be seen to be built.

Work is in progress to set up cyber police station at every range and district level. The work of setting up forensic labs is going on at every range level.

The capacity of police training has been increased three times. Cyber and forensic lab is being set up in Lucknow. Three battalions were formed for the establishment of SDRF. The 54 battalions of the defunct PAC were reconstituted.

The number of women personnel was increased from 10 thousand to 40 thousand. This in itself is presenting an example of women empowerment.
