Lucknoow: Special Task Force (STF) team has arrested the master mind of the solver gang, who took seven lakh rupees per candidate in the UP Lekhpal exam 2022, from Ghaziabad. The accused used to take two lakh rupees in advance before the examination. Even before this, the accused has also appeared as a solver in the Railway Group D examination. For which a case has also been registered against the accused.
In-charge Senior Superintendent of Police STF Vishal Vikram Singh said that the Revenue Accountant Main Examination was conducted on July 31. The name of the accused had surfaced in the case of sitting solver in the examination. In search of the accused, the STF team was continuously raiding places in the meantime the team got secret information that the accused was roaming in Ghaziabad.
As soon as the information was received, the team reached the Ghaziabad bus stand and caught him. The arrested accused has been identified as Sumit Heva, resident of police station Chhaprauli district Baghpat. In the STF interrogation, the accused told that he had also placed salwar at the examination center in Haryana. In this recruitment examination, he had given an advance of Rs 17 lakh to another accused Rahul to make a total of eight solvers. Rahul is a resident of Sonipat, Haryana.
