UPMRC MD felicitates best performing security guard

Lucknow: Kumar Keshav, MD, UPMRC  felicitated the best performing security guard & housekeeping staff for their commendable work while on their duty. An award ceremony was organized at the Administrative Office, Gomti Nagar in which the Managing Director presented a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ to the awardees in recognition of their sincerity, commitment & determination while discharging their official duties.

On May 27, 2022, a female passenger slipped & fell from the escalator at the Alambagh Bus Stand metro station but due to the alertness of the security personnel deployed at the station, Mr Amar Pratap Singh a major accident was averted. He immediately stopped the escalator and provided help and support to the female passenger. She expressed her gratitude towards the metro staff later on after receiving primary medical aid at the staition.

Similarly, Ms Meena Devi, a housekeeping staff performs his duty at Singar Nagar Metro station with honesty & sincerity. She is not only hardworking but also well acquainted with working of equipments & has expertise in different types chemicals used in cleansing. She was awarded for her contribution in keeping the metro premises safe, clean & hygienic.

While appreciating their outstanding work, Shri Kumar Keshav, MD, UPMRC said, “Our UPMRC staff also ensures to meet the highest standards of work ethics while performing its duties. They always look forward to render every kind of humanitarian support & help to the public at the time of crisis.
