UPMRC MD FELICITATES ‘EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH JANUARY & DECEMBER 2022’
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRCL) awarded ‘Employee of the Month’ award to Chandrakant Yadav for the month of January 2023 & to Sarvesh Maurya for the month of December, 2022 while Vipin Pal was felicitated for his commendable service. Sushil Kumar, MD, UPMRC presented this award to them for their distinguished service and dedication towards their work. Sushil Kumar honoured the security personnel posted at the stations Shalendra Mishra with citation and cash award.
Chandrakant Yadav, Crew Controller was awarded the ‘Employee of the Month’ award for January 2023. He has contributed immensely during emergent situations along with providing support & coordination in important work responsibilities like maintaining recordsof train operators, cab management rceords, preparing deficiency records, etc.
Sarvesh Maurya, Section Engineer-II was awarded the ‘Employee of the Month’ award for December 2022. He has played a prominent role in checking and rectification of track parameters in depot. He has also displayed physical and mental robustness in performing the tasks assigned to him within the time frame while efficiently leading his team.
RK Upadhaya, security personnel deployed at CCS Airport Metro station found a unclaimed bag while train checking on 10th January, 2023 in which Rs 1.8 lakhs cash was found along with other items. The bag was submitted by him to the on-duty Station Controller who called the owner and after completing verification and other official formalities. He was felicitated for his sincerity and dedication while peforming his duty.
Vipin Pal was also awarded for being the best TOM operator for January, 2023.
Speaking on the occasion Shri Sushil Kumar said, “Each person associated with UPMRC is our pillar of strength and it’s an honour for us to have such people on board who are dedicated and committed towards one single mission of providing a world class public transit system with sheer determination and hardwork.’’
