UP’s Abhyudaya scheme to help underprivileged to get coaching for competition free

Lucknow: Education in the recent years has become costly as it demands a hefty fees. The Yogi Adityanath government has introduced free coaching for UPSC, JEE, NEET, CDS and NDA. The Abhyudaya scheme will help in improving prospects for the poor. In no time the scheme has become an instant hit. In 24 hours time, the scheme received huge response. As many as 97,000 candidates have registered within 20 hours of the launch of the online portal. Registrations for this unique coaching setup started on February 10, 2021.

More than 40,000 have registered themselves to prepare for civil services. 4,000 plus candidates applied to get coaching for NEET, 2,500 for JEE exam.  Coaching starts from the auspicious day of Basant Panchami, February 16, 2021, both online and offline.

A 12-member committee headed by a divisional commissioner  is going to organize things for guest lectures, motivational speakers, the supply of study material etc.

At the initial stage the coaching will start at divisional level, followed by district level. Students failing to attend offline classes can study online. Students and teachers can share feedback on virtual classes.
