UPSRTC online booking makes life simpler for commuters

Lucknow: Seat booking in AC buses of Transport Corporation will now be easy. Passengers can book seats online from the mobile sitting at home. The use of mobile app named UPSRTC Online App has been successful by the Transport Corporation. Passengers can book seats online in 774 buses operating on 212 routes of UP including Lucknow by downloading the app from Google Play Store.

Principal IT Manager Anagha Mishra says that the trial of the app has been completed. From Saturday, this facility has been started for the luxury services of roadways.

Now this app has been made public for the passengers. Passengers will be able to pay the ticket through digital mode by downloading the app. Ticket details will come on mobile once the payment is completed.

Passengers will be able to travel by showing this ticket to the conductor. In this regard, Transport Corporation’s MD RP Singh and Additional Managing Director Sarneet Kaur Broka have given their consent.
