Uttar Pradesh State Kabaddi Association elections concluded (2022-26), Vikas Singh re-elected state president and Rajesh Yadav general secretary
Lucknow: In the annual executive meeting of Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi Association, Vikas Singh was elected unopposed as state president and Rajesh Kumar Singh Yadav as general secretary. In the meeting of the State Kabaddi Association held in the auditorium of a Trimurti Hotel in Ayodhya, the secretary and president of various districts of the state participated in the election process.
Parmendra Singh on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh Olympic Association and Mohammad Irfan were appointed observers on behalf of the Sports Department in the state union elections, the election officer was Prayagraj High Court advocate Srinivas Rai. Expressing full faith and confidence to the outgoing president Vikas Singh for the post of state president of the union, the house once again entrusted him with the responsibility of the post of president of the state kabaddi association.
The meeting was concluded in a pleasant atmosphere in which other office bearers of the state executive were also elected. In the meeting, under the able guidance of State President Vikas Singh, he was congratulated while praising him for the successful organization of Senior National Kabaddi Championship held in Ayodhya in 2021 last year.
The executive also expressed their gratitude with one voice for the development and upliftment of Kabaddi game in the state. Competitions to be organized in 2022-23 were also discussed in the meeting.
