New Delhi: Former India attacking batsman Virender Sehwag believes that IPL has made it much easier to control foreign players. Sehwag was trying to say in a way that foreign players no longer sledge against India because of the money they are getting from IPL.
Sehwag, who was doing commentary in a match at Lord’s, he reacted and said that if I was in Bumrah’s place, I would have explained him rightly that if he messed with me, he would get him from the strongest team of IPL.
Sehwag further said that Australian players used to be way ahead in sledging but they have come under control after the IPL.
On the fifth day at Lord’s, India’s lead is over 200 runs.
It is worth noting that during England’s innings, Bumrah had thrown a flurry of bouncers in an over on James Anderson, who was batting.
