Whatever water sheds are built, they must be surveyed: District Magistrate

Bareilly: District Magistrate Shivakant Dwivedi was presiding over the meeting of the Land and Water Conservation Committee in the Collectorate Auditorium.
The District Magistrate instructed the Land Conservation Officer that whatever works are done by him, they should be started or finished on time. He said that whatever proposals are pending by the Block Chief, they should be completed after the next budget comes. He said that all the water sheds to be built, they must be surveyed.
The District Magistrate approved the proposals for bundling and leveling for 892 hectares under Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee (MNREGA) scheme and 892 hectares under Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Kisan Samridhi Yojna by the District and Land Conservation Committee.
Chief Development Officer Jag Pravesh, Deputy Director Agriculture Didar Singh, Deputy Director Agriculture Dhirendra Singh Chaudhary, Land Conservation Officer Vinod Yadav, DC MNREGA Ganga Ram, all the block heads and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
