When the world fought Corona, India showed the way : CM Yogi

Lucknow: U.P. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath speaking at a special ceremony said that India was giving a new education policy when the world was ravaged by Corona. The National Education Policy is going to give everyone an opportunity to prove their worth. He said that ‘Satyam Vad, Dharmam Chara’ speaking truth should not be an occasion to be sought but should be a part of life. In the Indian sage tradition that the interpretation of truth may be different but the truth will be the same. All the Tirthankaras adopted the path of penance and sacrifice to give direction to the society, to lead them towards the truth.

CM Yogi attended the convocation ceremony of Tirthankar Mahavir University. During this, he said that the name is definitely convocation but it is not that there is no need to get further education.

It means to work to become great on the basis of education, to pave the way in the right direction, giving excellence to life. He said that the method of worship can be personal. But the meaning of religion is that which is followed. In Indian theology, religion has been considered as effort. There should be an urge towards religion.

CM Yogi said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country has become the best example of good Covid management in the world, wherever people got infected, treatment arrangements were made.

In the war against Corona, the whole country came forward together and followed discipline. At that time everyone did service together. Tirthankar Mahavir University and Medical College also came forward to save lives. He said that during the Corona period, India became the first country to give free vaccine to the world. The banks of the big powerful countries of the world were locked. On the other hand, India is giving free ration to more than 80 crore people for the last three years.

CM Yogi reminded the students of Prime Minister’s five vows of developed India, freedom from every thought of slavery, pride in heritage, unity-solidarity and duty of citizens. He said that the attitude of slavery  created many distortions, so freedom from the thinking of slavery will be a great blessing. Referring to the construction of Ram temple, the revival of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Kedar Nath, Mahakal Dham, CM Yogi said that this is the golden period of India.

Giving best wishes to the students, he said that the future of all the meritorious students should be bright. The meritorious should use their talent to strengthen the image of the state and make the country proud.

Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna and BJP State President Bhupendra Singh Chowdhary were involved in the program along with CM Yogi. During this, CM Yogi honored the meritorious students by giving them gold medals, titles and degrees. He distributed degrees to 5988 students of 2020-21-22. In this, 104 gold, 103 silver and 98 students were honored with bronze medals. In the convocation ceremony, 4 PhDs, 477 Masters, 2482 Lecturers and 315 Diplomas in 2020-21, 13 PhDs in 2021-22, 454 Masters, 2069 Bachelors, 172 Diploma degrees were distributed to 5986 students. Went.

CM reached the hospital to know the condition of the injured of Chandausi

Meanwhile, CM Yogi reached the hospital in Moradabad to see the people injured in the collapse of the roof of potato cold storage in Chandausi area of Sambhal, where he inquired about the well-being of those injured in the accident and expressed condolences to the families of the deceased.

During this, CM Yogi said that “Rs 2-2 lakh will be given to the relatives of the deceased and Rs 50-50 thousand to the seriously injured. Along with this, Rs 5 lakh will also be given under the Chief Minister’s Agricultural Accident Insurance Scheme. Rescue work is going on. After completion of the rescue operation, strict action will be taken against the culprits after investigation.”

He said, “So far 11 people have been rescued out of which 5 are undergoing treatment and 6 have been sent home after giving first aid.” The CM said that “I have met 4 people admitted in the hospital and one has been referred to Meerut.”
