Kanpur: The staff of Kanpur Metro has once again become a topic of discussion. After the start of metro service in the city, the number of passengers boarding it is increasing day by day. While in the last few months, there have been many cases of people leaving their luggage, especially mobile, in the train, but the special thing is that almost all the left luggage has reached the concerned passengers and not a single mobile or other luggage is lost.
One such case came to light on Sunday, when a mobile phone left at Gurudev Metro station in the city was returned to the passenger due to the integrity and alertness of the Kanpur Metro staff. Posting this information on the country’s own social media platform Koo App from the official handle of UP Metro, it was written, “Due to the integrity and alertness of the #KanpurMetro staff, the mobile phone left at Gurudev Metro station was returned to the passenger. After receiving the phone, the passenger got it. Yogesh Yadav expressed his gratitude to UPMRC and praised the staff for their cooperation.
In the first 9 days of operation of the metro train between Motijheel to IIT from 29 December 2021, 17 times in the first 9 days of operation, there were reports of people forgetting their valuables. In such a situation, the security personnel have continuously worked to bring a smile on the face by removing the problems of the people. The residents of the city have written letters in appreciation after being happy with the honesty of the employees.
