With 200 more electricity buses, Lucknow to breathe cleaner air

Lucknow: There is news of relief for the people of Lucknow. 200 more electric city buses will run in Lucknow. All buses will be air conditioned and pollution free. The facility of electric buses will be given to the residents of five tehsils and colonies of Lucknow, so that public transport services can be improved from village to city.

Due to increasing pollution in 15 metros of the state including Lucknow, 1525 GNG buses were proposed. It was rejected by the Directorate of Urban Development and approved to run the e-bus. In return, the faulty CNG buses will be auctioned by December. The new e-buses will run on contract, for this tender will be issued this month. At present, 140 electric buses and 60 CNG buses are plying in the city.

There will also be relief from jam

In the coming days, if there is public transport facility at every bus stop, people will leave their own vehicle and travel by e-bus. This will also give relief from traffic jams by reducing the number of vehicles on the road.

These facilities will be

– 30 seater e bus will be air conditioned
There will be three cameras in every bus.
– There will be a panic button for women’s safety
