With help from new IVRI app veterinary clinics are just a click away

Lucknow: IVRI’s app will prove effective in the direction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s dream to increase the income of farmers and cattle herders. IVRI has given the farmers the gift of treating animals sitting at home.

For this, the Online Veterinary Clinic App has been launched. Online Veterinary Clinic App has been registered by 72 veterinary experts of IVRI. So far more than 5000 people have downloaded the app. In relation to any kind of animal disease, facility has been given to consult doctors online. Joint director of IVRI will facilitate treatment for animals.

Rupasi Tiwari told that the online clinic will be open from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. In this, animal owners can book the time to show the animals by getting their registration done. After this, the experts of IVRI will give necessary medical advice to them.

Consultation will be given for the treatment of serious diseases of animals

Dr. Rupasi Tiwari, Joint Director of IVRI, Dr. Anuj Chauhan, Senior Scientist, Dr. Ujjwal Kumar Dey, Rajendra Prasad, Sanjeev Kumar, Sameer Srivastava, Keshav Kant of Indian Agricultural Statistics Research Institute have jointly prepared the app.

Farmers can take general problems, surgical, diagnostic pathology, vaccination related problems of their animals online. Due to this, there will be no need to take the animal to the hospital for treatment. In serious cases, the doctor giving veterinary consultation through the online veterinary app will refer to the nearest veterinary center.

Lakhs of cattle herders will get direct benefit as soon as they download the app

There are an estimated five crore cattle in Uttar Pradesh. Their cattle herders will get direct benefit. They will not have to run to the hospital when the animal is ill. By downloading the IVRI’s online veterinary clinic app, you will get the facility sitting at home. After opening the app, the animal owner has to click and register himself. After this he will be scheduled the appointment of the concerned veterinarian. In which he will be able to show his animal online and get information about its disease, prevention and medicines for free.
