Gorakhpur: Soon the condition of Gorakhpur Milk Producer Cooperative Union established near Haraiya on Khajni Marg of Gorakhpur district will be improved. Village committees will be formed and self-help groups will be formed for more milk collection. In these plants, more milk collection work will be done with the help of women.
Milk bars will also be opened at bus stations, railway stations, religious places and public places for the marketing of products being prepared under the name Parag in the plant. The condition of Parag Dairy is not very good right now. It has been decided to form a committee on the occasion of the village to collect more milk. Most of this work will be done in the village itself.
Self-help group women will also be involved in this work. District Magistrate Vijay Kiran Anand, who came to inspect the plant a few days ago, has given this instruction to the operators. An action plan is being prepared in this regard and the help of students studying in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay University will be taken for more milk collection.
In this plant, work is also going on to increase the consumption to increase the production of milk, paneer, chenna, kheer, rasgulla, curd, peda etc., which are prepared under the name Parag.
After the instructions of the District Magistrate, milk bars will be opened at bus stands, religious places, tourists and public places. Refrigeration will also be arranged to keep the milk safe and increase sales. More women will be added for this work. The plant will be rebuilt and beautified.
Instructions have also been given to set up biogas plants to save fuel. After the plant is set up, milk as well as dung will be purchased from the farmers here.
