Work on to encourage digital education in the state: Dr. Mahendra Dev
Lucknow: State’s Director of Secondary Education, Dr. Mahendra Dev said that in the context of the National Education Policy-2020, IIT, Mandi (Himachal) has been set up under the World Bank-funded Sankalp Project to encourage digital education in the state and to provide training facilities in high-level institutions.
An agreement has been signed between State) and UP Skill Development Mission and Department of Secondary Education, UP. In order to this, in the first phase of the project “Prayas-2.0”, 100 students studying in science stream in class-12 of government secondary schools will be trained in subjects like robotics and artificial intelligence as per the requirement of industrial scenario during summer vacation (summer camp).
Applications are invited for imparting training at IIT, Mandi (Himachal Pradesh). IIT, Mandi (Himachal Pradesh) can apply on the link provided for the said application- The last date for online application for selection in the organized training program is March 10, 2023. The application form will be submitted online only, application through any other means will not be accepted. In case the students do not participate in the online application, they will not be given another chance and the decision of the department will be final.
