Yoga is necessary for healthy lifestyle

Lucknow: International Yoga day is observed annually on 21st June. The idea behind the day is awareness about yoga and its many benefits. Yoga is an ancient meditative technique that cleanses, heals and harmonises the body from the core. It balances wellness of mind and an overall sense of calmness that results great improvement in mind and body.

Today on this occasion of International Yoga Day, students and staff of SKD Academy all branches celebrated yoga day by doing yoga at their respective branches.

On this occasion Director of SKD Academy  Manish Singh addressed and said the importance of yoga in everyone’s life and also said that healthy body and healthy mind makes healthy world. Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day to day life.
