The proposal for extension of the boundary of the Municipal Council Deoria approved
The Council of Ministers has approved the proposal for extension of the boundary of Nagar Palika Parishad, Deoria. The Council of Ministers has authorized the Minister of Urban Development to make relevant amendments if there is a need to amend / change the contents of the notification of the extension of the limits of the Municipal Council.
In the proposal for expansion of the boundary of the Municipal Council Deoria, 23 revenue villages – Tilai Belwa, Parasiyo alias Kharjarwa, Dambhar alias Jatmalpur, Pagra alias Parasia, Barwa Gor place, Badhra, Chintaman Chak, Piparpati, Gobrai Khas, Mehra Nagar outer, Dhanauti Khurd, Mooddih, Sakrapar, Deoria Khas, Babhani Nagar Bahrain, Rampur Khurd, Bhimpur, Pidra, Raghavapur, Katari, Danopur, Sonda and Takahiya are included.
After the decision taken by the Council of Ministers, the final notification will be issued, which will be applicable from the date of issue. With the decision of the Council of Ministers, commercial, educational, health, transport, sanitation and other civic amenities will be accessible to the people of the proposed area. This will progressively improve their quality of life. The possibilities of employment generation will also increase with the urbanization of rural areas.
Municipal Corporation Aligarh’s boundary extension proposal approved
The Council of Ministers has approved the proposal of expanding the limits of Municipal Corporation Aligarh. The Minister of Urban Development has been authorized by the Council of Ministers to make relevant amendments if there is a need to amend / change the contents of the notification of the extension of the limits of the Municipal Corporation.
In the proposal for expansion of the limits of Municipal Corporation Aligarh, 16 revenue villages- Devsaini, Talashpur Kalan, Sukhravali, Sindhauli, Alinagar, Bhadeshi Mafi, Nagla Pankhani, Padiyavali, Rustampur Sakat Khan (Nagla Temple), Hajipur Chauhatta, Badhauli Fateh Khan, Dayanatpur Rasila, Bhakraula, Daulara Nirpal, Khedia Khwaja Budva and Ajitpur Asna are included.
As a result of the approval of the Council of Ministers, a notification regarding the extension of the limit will be issued. With the decision of the Council of Ministers, better civic facilities will be available to the people of the extended area and development can be planned. With the expansion of the limits of Municipal Corporation Aligarh, the income of the corporation will increase, due to which the local residents and tourists will get the benefit of better infrastructure facilities. With the development of infrastructure facilities in the area, additional employment will be created for the local residents.
Approval of proposals for border extension of District Farrukhabad Nagar Panchayat Kampil, District Banda Nagar Panchayat Bisanda, District Barabanki Nagar Panchayat Ramnagar, District Kushinagar Nagar Panchayat Ramkola, District Lakhimpur Kheri Nagar Panchayat Dhaurhara and Shahjahanpur Nagar Panchayat Alhaganj
The Council of Ministers issued the final notification regarding the extension of limits of Nagar Panchayat Kampil of District Farrukhabad, Nagar Panchayat of Banda District, Ramnagar, Nagar Panchayat of District Barabanki, Ramkola, Nagar Panchayat of Kushinagar District, Dhaurhara, Nagar Panchayat of Lakhimpur Kheri and Alhaganj, Nagar Panchayat of Shahjahanpur District. The proposals to issue have been approved. After the issuance of the notification, the Urban Development Minister has been authorized by the Council of Ministers to amend / rectify any error as per the requirement.
In view of the expansion in the areas around the municipal bodies, if any area fulfills the standard of expansion of the concerned Nagar Panchayat, then the boundary of the Nagar Panchayat is expanded for the development of this area. By the mandate dated 31st January, 2015, the standards have been re-fixed for the expansion of the limits of Nagar Panchayats. In the last few years, in view of the urban qualities arising in the villages or specific areas adjacent to these Nagar Panchayats, it has been proposed to expand their boundaries.
According to the standard, objections and suggestions were received from the general public by issuing a provisional notification regarding the expansion of the limits of these Nagar Panchayats in the light of the provision made in the Uttar Pradesh Municipality Act, 1916, after the proposals made available by the District Magistrate were found suitable. .
After disposal of objections received as per rules, Nagar Panchayat Kampil of District Farrukhabad, Nagar Panchayat of District Banda, Bisanda, Nagar Panchayat of District Barabanki, Ramnagar, Nagar Panchayat of District Kushinagar, Nagar Panchayat of District Lakhimpur Kheri, Nagar Panchayat of Dhaurhara and Nagar Panchayat of District Shahjahanpur of Alhaganj. The proposals for issuance of notification regarding extension of boundary have been approved by the Council of Ministers.
After the approval of the Council of Ministers, a notification regarding the extension of the limits of these Nagar Panchayats will be issued. As a result of the expansion of the boundaries of the Nagar Panchayats, the rural areas included in their limits will be progressively developed and the residents there will get better facilities of drinking water, lights, roads, drains etc. Planned development of these nagar panchayat areas after border expansion will directly/indirectly help in employment generation.
In connection with the formation of Nagar Panchayat Maa Kamakhya District Ayodhya, Nagar Panchayat Sankisa Basantpur District Farrukhabad, Nagar Panchayat Hetimpur District Deoria and Nagar Panchayat Mathauli District Kushinagar
The Council of Ministers appointed Nagar Panchayat Maa Kamakhya District Ayodhya, Nagar Panchayat Sankisa Basantpur District Farrukhabad, Nagar Panchayat Hetimpur District Deoria and Nagar Panchayat Mathauli District Ku.
The proposals have been approved to issue the final notification regarding the formation of Shenagar. After the issuance of the notification, the Council of Ministers has authorized the Minister of Urban Development to modify / modify it as per the requirement of any error.
Village Samsi-East 06 Gata, Saidpur-East 02 Gata, Bihara-East 02 Gata, Samsi-West 88 Gata, Sunwa-West 30 Gata, Samsi-North 20 Gata, Saidpur- Village under the territorial area of Kamakhya District Ayodhya Nagar Panchayat The area of North 05 Gata, Bihara-South 01 Gata and Sunwa-South 25 Gata will be included.
Village Revenue Village-Sankisa Basantpur, Punpalpur, Imadpur Kesar, Merapur, Pamarkhiria, Sheoganpur, Arjunpur, Pakhna Hamirkheda, Sitholi will be included under the area to be included in Nagar Panchayat Sankisa Basantpur district Farrukhabad.
Under the territorial area of Nagar Panchayat Hetimpur district Deoria, the boundary of district Kushinagar in the east direction, Gata number 01 to 552 of village Bhujauli in the west and Gata number 01 to 449 of village Dumri Eklas, Gata number 01 to 1832 of village Hetimpur in the north and The boundary of district Kushinagar and the Gata number of village Mundera Chand from 01 to 828, Gata number of village Jigani Musaheb Khan from 01 to 565, Gata number of village Rampur Jagdish alias Siswa from 01 to 518, Village Kotwa from Gata number 01. Upto 1099 and village sibling patti will be located from Gata No. 01 to 660.
Under the territorial area of Nagar Panchayat Mathauli district Kushinagar, village Ranipur alias Haraiya will be located in the north, village Lohepar and village Sirsia in the south, village Fardaha and village Lohepar in the east and village Sirsia and village Bahuas in the west.
After the approval of the proposals for the formation of Nagar Panchayat Maa Kamakhya District Ayodhya, Nagar Panchayat Sankisa Basantpur District Farrukhabad, Nagar Panchayat Hetimpur District Deoria and Nagar Panchayat Mathauli District Kushinagar, the notification regarding the formation will be issued by the Council of Ministers. With the formation of these Nagar Panchayats, the villages falling within their limits will develop progressively and the residents there will get better facilities of drinking water, lights, roads, drains etc. Planned development of these nagar panchayat areas after border expansion will directly/indirectly help in employment generation.
Pest/disease control plan approved by various ecological resources
The Council of Ministers has approved the proposal for a plan for pest/disease control by various ecological resources. The Chief Minister has been authorized to make any changes/amendments in the scheme.
To meet the food requirement of the state’s population, there has been an unprecedented increase in food production due to the use of agricultural defense chemicals and biopesticides to control the damage caused by pests, diseases and weeds. In order to control weed diseases and insect damage in crops, pest / disease control plans have been approved by various ecological resources for the period from 2022-23 to 2026-27.
The financial target of Rs 19257.75 lakh is set under this scheme in the next five years. In the year 2022-23, an amount of Rs 3417.90 lakh will be spent in various work items under this scheme.
Under the approved scheme of pest/disease control by various ecological resources, biopesticides and bioagents will be made available on 75 percent subsidy for environmental protection and non-toxic food production. All farmers will be eligible for grant under the scheme, but priority will be given to small and marginal farmers.
Integrated Pest Management System (IPM) is being promoted for effective control of weeds/pests/diseases. 09 IPM laboratories were established by the Agriculture Department in the state, through which biopesticides such as Trichoderma, Beauveria vasiana, NPV and bioagents such as Trichogramma card are being produced. Seed purifier chemicals will be made available for 0.40 lakh hectare area in the year 2022-23 and 0.60 lakh hectare in the year 2026-27.
Under the scheme, agricultural defense chemicals will be made available to small and marginal farmers on 50 percent subsidy for the control of weeds/pests/diseases. Under this scheme in the year 2022-23, agricultural defense chemicals will be made available on grant for an area of 1.95 lakh hectares. 50 percent subsidy will be provided to small and marginal farmers on agricultural defense machines like foot sprayer, knapsack sprayer, power sprayer etc. 6000 Krishi Raksha Yantras will be made available in the year 2022-23. In order to keep the small and marginal farmers safe for their use, in the last years, 2, 3 and 5 quintal capacity bakharis have been distributed on 50 percent subsidy, due to which success has been achieved in keeping the food safe. 10,000 Bakharis will be made available in the year 2022-23.
Training program is proposed to be conducted for strengthening IPM laboratories, surveillance of pest/disease outbreaks, participatory crop monitoring and diagnosis system, IPM and new technology of agricultural defense.
The scheme for pest/disease control was also operated for the year 2017-18 to the year 2021-22. Under the scheme, a total of 11,58,321 farmers were benefitted under various work items. Due to the implementation of the scheme, there was proper control of pests/diseases and agricultural production increased.
