Yogi government will give impetus to PM Kusum Yojana, Rs 46.19 crore approved for 92 works
Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh is always vigilant about the interests of the poor, destitute and farmers. This is the reason why the Yogi government is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that proper benefits of government facilities reach the farmers of Uttar Pradesh.
For this purpose, the Yogi government has approved the release of Rs 46.19 crore state funds to complete the pending works under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha va Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM Kusum) scheme.
This amount will help in completing 92 works under 4 heads. The works which will be completed through this amount include 8 office related works, maintenance of 15 vehicles and purchase of petrol etc. and completion of 27 subsidy cases including 42 other expenses.
Highest amount allocated for subsidy
Out of the total provisioned amount of Rs 210.77 crore under the PM Kusum Yojana in the state, the release of state share amount of Rs 46.19 crore will give success in speeding up subsidy related works and other schemes including departmental works. It is worth mentioning that out of the four items in which state funds have been released by the Yogi government, the maximum amount of Rs 46.07 crore is under the head of subsidy. At the same time, Rs 2 lakh has been approved for 8 office expenses, Rs 5 lakh for maintenance of vehicles and purchase and maintenance of petrol, while a total amount of Rs 5 lakh has been approved for 42 other expenses under the PM Kusum Yojana.
All these works will be done on the basis of the instructions of the Government of India and the rule book of the Government of Uttar Pradesh on the basis of Uttar Pradesh Budget Manual and Financial Rules Collection.
