इसका सीधा सम्बन्ध जरुरी संसाधनों से युक्त अस्पतालों एवं चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञों के अभाव के होने से है I रिपोर्ट के अनुसार सभी प्रकार के ब्लड कैंसर में लिम्फोमा 64% ल्युकेमिआ 25% एवं मल्टीप्ल मायलोमा 11% पाया जाता है जबकि एक अन्य रिपोर्ट के अनुसार भारतवर्ष में वार्षिक तौर पर सभी प्रकार के रक्त कैंसर के औसतन 5 केस प्रति 10 लाख की आबादी में पाए जाते हैं जबकि एप्लास्टिक एनीमिया के करीब 7 केस प्रति 10 लाख आबादी में उल्लेखित हैं

- ब्लड कैंसर के इलाज का खर्च बार बार होने वाले इन्फेक्शन, ब्लड एवं प्लेटलेट्स के ट्रांस्फ्यूसन्स इत्यादि की वजह से बढ़ जाता है

Treatment of Patient bunch with ‘benign & malignant blood disorders’ are the most ill catered in the region. Major Road-Blocks are the absence of any specialist doctors for treating blood disorders in any cities other than Lucknow and Varanasi apart from prolonged waiting & slow pace of treatment flow in Government Hospitals and exorbitant cost involved in Private / Corporate Hospital.

According to the report, lymphoma accounts for 64% of all types of blood cancer, leukemia for 25%, and multiple myeloma for 11%, while another report states that an average of 5 cases of all types of blood cancer are found for every 1 million population, whereas approximately 7 cases of aplastic anemia itself are mentioned per 1 million population.
Major challenges in the treatment of blood cancer:
• The cost of treatment of blood cancer increases due to recurrent infections, blood and platelet transfusions, etc.
• Additionally, laboratory tests required for final diagnosis are also very expensive.
• Delay in making final diagnosis in patients suffering from blood cancer often lead to a rapid decline in their physical condition, which significantly increases the likelihood of recurrent infections due to weaker immunity.
• A large quantity of blood and platelets are required during treatment, and the unavailability of these in adequate amounts poses a major problem.
